These terms cover your use of michaelle.com.au, the canonical home of Michael Le, Sydney, Australia. By using the site you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

michaelle.com.au is operated by Michael Le, a Sydney founder and operator. It is the home of his story, his frameworks (The MILE Method 8S and The 10 Laws of Alignment), his book No Plan B, his 1:1 coaching, and his ventures: HAUS CYAN, Automation Intelligence, One Person Business, Forkcast, and THE MILE GROUP.

What this site is for

The content on this site is general information and personal perspective. It is not financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Frameworks like the 8S are practices that work for Michael; whether they work for you is your call and your responsibility. If you need professional advice, talk to a qualified professional.

Coaching and services

Pricing shown on this site is in Australian dollars and may change. Listing a service here is an invitation to apply, not a guarantee of availability. Coaching capacity is limited and gated by application. Any engagement you enter with Michael (coaching, websites, AI agents, brand work) is governed by the specific agreement for that engagement, not by these terms. No business outcome is guaranteed; the promise is the work.

Cyan, the AI assistant

The chat on this site is powered by Cyan, an AI assistant. Cyan is helpful but not perfect: it can make mistakes, simplify, or be out of date. Don't rely on Cyan's replies as professional advice or as a binding commitment. Anything that matters gets confirmed by Michael directly, by email or on a call. How we handle your chat data is covered in the Privacy Notice.

Bookings

Calls are booked through Calendly under Calendly's own terms. Booking a call costs nothing and commits you to nothing beyond showing up.

Intellectual property

The writing, photography, frameworks, brand names, and design on this site belong to Michael Le unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to quote or cite the work with attribution and a link to michaelle.com.au. You may not republish substantial parts of it commercially, scrape it for resale, or pass it off as your own.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or probe it, no abusive content through the chat, and no using the forms or chat to spam. We may block access that abuses the service.

Links to other sites

This site links to other sites in the Michael Le ecosystem and to third parties (press features, booking and payment providers). Each of those sites has its own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for ours, not theirs.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is, and Michael Le is not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We update these terms when something changes. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
