A few straight answers
Do you take cold pitches? No. If you are selling something, I am not the buyer.
Do you do free consulting by email? No, but the restaurant guides answer the questions I get asked most, and they are free.
Where are you based? Sydney, Australia. I work with venues across Sydney and New South Wales, and by video call anywhere in Australia.
